For Immediate Release:
Wilmington, NC – May 2, 2016 – North Carolina Babe Ruth Baseball is proud to announce their newly designed website thanks to the web design specialist team at webworks89 in Wilmington, NC. One of webworks89’s very own, Ray Rogers, has had a long-term involvement with baseball league and has devoted much of his personal time to this organization. The Babe Ruth League works hard to provide organized and fun recreational baseball for NC youth ages 4-18, and this website reflects that dedication and passion for baseball. The divisions in the league include: Cal Ripken League, ages 4-12, Babe Ruth League, ages 13-15 and Senior Babe Ruth, ages 16-18.
Baseball is an American pastime and the red, white, and blue colors that pop out on the webpage give the user that American feel so readily associated with baseball. The site represents North Carolina well with its striking map of the state that catches the eye of the user. This map gives the user the option of choosing either the Western or Eastern Division of the league, with drop-down navigation for Babe Ruth Softball, Cal Ripken Baseball, and Babe Ruth Baseball. This responsive website is easy to navigate with tabs to the Home, Resources, Documents, Fees, and Contact pages located at the top of the home page.
Located in the heart of the home page is a picture of a young baseball player, the North Carolina State Champion, enjoying the game, giving the user a visual of the passion and enjoyment of baseball exhibited by youth involved in the League. This photo is featured alongside the latest news containing important information such as tournament dates.
More information about the League can be found on the Home page of this informative and responsive website. webworks89 has succeeded in giving the user the all-American feel of North Carolina Babe Ruth Baseball while providing a user friendly website with a clean and easy to use design.
