Ray Rogers is INCOMPETENT!!!! Like so many businesses, we rely HEAVILY on our emails. This is the second time in a month that our Microsoft Exchange account has gone down. Ray Rogers either doesn't answer his cell phone, doesn't reply to his cell phone messages, or is incapable of handling the simplest of tasks.
If I could give this company less stars then one I would. I am surprised this company is still in business. They have been circling the drain for the last few years since the people that actually cared about the client are gone.If you are still hosting with this company you better take note that you should be looking for another provider before you lose your website forever.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They obviously did not want or care to have our companies business. Would not recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could give them 6 stars. An excellent team with dedicated and passionate employees. They kept our needs at the forefront when designing our new website and helped us incorporate the tools we needed to reach more customers and increase our sales. They are extremely responsive, even after hours and work quickly to address any issues we may be encountering. 10/10 highly recommend.
